Özet:Torrente tembel, kaba, içki düşkünü, ırkçı ve aşırı sağcı Madrid’li bir polistir. Kısacası sadece kendisini düşünen bencil biridir. Tekerlekli sandalyeye mahkum babasıyla bir gecekondu mahallesinde yaşamaktadır. Bir gün mahalleye yeni bir aile taşınır. Ailenin çekici kızı Amparito’yu gözüne kestiren Torrente kızla yakınlaşmak için ağabeyi Rafi ile arkadaş olur. Bu sırada Torrente yakınlardaki bir Çin restoranında uyuşturucu kaçakçılığı yapıldığını keşfeder. Eğer bu davayı çözerse polis merkezinde kaybettiği prestiji geri kazanabileceğini bilmektedir. Ama Torrente’nin güvenebileceği tek kişiler Rafi ve onun inek arkadaşlarıdır.
